Your article was excellent! I have a wild garden – and used to have wild, frubby garden loving kids – so I’m biased, but what a lot there was in it for folk to learn. Just the smell of damp earth heals me, so you can imagine the ecstasies I get into in scented gardens!
PS . ‘Frubby’ should be a word, but I meant to type ‘grubby’!
Hi Janice. Thank you! I agree the earth is healing! I can tell when the kids get a little fussy they just need to get outdoors and play in the dirt! We had Wyatt’s birthday outside, Ella got dirty and I could just see the looks of disapproval when I just laughed:)
The article was wonderful! Even at my girls ages– 12 and 14, they love learning new things about nature. Unfortunately, I know they need to be out in it more, but they are much more independent.
We went out of town to my parent’s “camp” this weekend. I slept the BEST I have in months. We stayed in the folks pop-up instead of the tent due to some weather conditions– but I could feel the tension melt away as I was climbing out of the car.
The kids had their cranky moments– but watching them ram and play around outside– and reminding them to STAY OUTSIDE, really did a world of good for them! I’m looking forward to some walks in the woods soon!
Loved the article. Good job!

Hi Angela, thank you so much for the encouragement!
That is great! I could almost smell the air when you were describing getting out of the car- nothing like being outdoors after a long ride of being cooped up in the car!
Hi Molly, thank you, I am glad you enjoyed it!
